Life’s Unexpected Gifts Competition Terms and Conditions

Competition Description:

Express Credit Namibia is running a Life’s Unexpected Gifts Competition and will be giving away various of voucher prizes:car repairs, groceries, home renovations, furniture, or appliances.
The total prize pool is valued at N$300,000.
The competition runs from 13 September 2025 to 13 December 2025.
 

ExpressCredit Life’s Unexpected Gifts Competition

1.Eligibility

1.1. The competition is open to all ExpressCredit Namibia clients who apply for and receive final approval of a loan during the campaign period.

1.2. Only loans that have been fully approved and disbursed qualify as entries into the prize draws.

2.Competition Period

2.1. The competition runs from 13 September 2025 to 13 December 2025.

2.2. Prize draws will take place on the dates and at the venues as advertised by ExpressCredit Namibia.

2.3. The final grand draw will be held on 13 December 2025.

3.Prizes

3.1. The total prize pool is valued at N$300,000.

3.2. All prizes will be awarded in the form of vouchers (e.g. for car repairs, groceries, home renovations, furniture, or appliances).

3.3. No prizes will be paid out in cash.

3.4. Winners may, however, swop their voucher for alternative goods or services of equivalent value should the original prize not be suitable (e.g. a car repair voucher for a client without a car).

4.Entries

4.1. Each final approved and disbursed loan constitutes one valid entry into the draw.

4.2. Clients may have multiple entries if they have more than one approved loan during the campaign period.

4.3. Entries are only valid for draws held after the date on which the loan is approved and disbursed.

4.4. Entries for each draw close 24 hours before the scheduled draw. Any loans approved and disbursed after this cut-off time will automatically be entered into the following draw.

5.Draws and Winner Selection

5.1. Draws will be conducted bi-weekly at designated Windhoek mall venues and livestreamed via ExpressCredit Namibia’s official Facebook page.

5.2. Winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries.

5.3. ExpressCredit Namibia’s decision on the outcome of the draws is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

6.Winner Notification

6.1. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on their loan application.

6.2. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 (seven) days after the draw, ExpressCredit Namibia reserves the right to select another winner.

7.General Conditions

7.1. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

7.2. Winners consent to their names, photographs, and likenesses being used in ExpressCredit Namibia’s marketing and publicity material without further compensation.

7.3. ExpressCredit Namibia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
