ExpressCredit It’s No Joke April Competition

1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to all ExpressCredit Namibia clients who apply for and receive final

approval and disbursement of a loan during the campaign period.

1.2 Only loans that have been fully approved and disbursed between 1 April 2026 and 30 April 2026

qualify as automatic entries into the daily prize draws.

1.3 Participants must be 18 years or older and in possession of a valid Namibian ID.

1.4 The following persons are not eligible to participate and will be disqualified if found to have

entered:

• Employees of ExpressCredit Namibia

• Directors, management, and agents of ExpressCredit Namibia

• Immediate family members of employees (including spouses, partners, parents, children,

and siblings)

• Any person directly involved in the administration or execution of this competition

ExpressCredit Namibia reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not

meet the above criteria.

2. Competition Period

2.1 The competition runs from 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive.

2.2 Only loans approved and disbursed within this period qualify for entry.

2.3 Duration of competition is 24 days. Mondays- Saturdays. Public holidays are excluded.

3. Prizes

3.1 The total prize pool is valued at N$ 24 000.00

3.2 Daily Prize:

• One (1) winner per qualifying day

• Each winner receives N$1,000 cash

3.4 Prizes are awarded in cash via electronic transfer only.

3.5 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable from any ExpressCredit branch.

4. Entries

4.1 Each final approved and disbursed loan constitutes one automatic entry into the daily draw.

4.2 Clients may receive multiple entries if they have more than one approved and disbursed loan

during the competition period.

5. Draws and Winner Selection

5.1 Daily winners will be selected from the pool of all qualifying approved and disbursed loans for

that specific day.

5.3 Winners will be selected at random using a Microsoft Excel random formula generator to ensure

fairness and impartiality.

5.4 The draw process will be conducted internally under supervision.

5.5 Each qualifying entry will be included in a draw conducted within 24 hours after the loan has

been approved and disbursed

5.5 ExpressCredit Namibia’s decision regarding the outcome of the draws is final and binding.

6. Winner Notification and Payment

6.1 Winners will be contacted using the contact details recorded on ExpressCredit Namibia’s official

systems at the time of loan application.

6.2 Confirmed winners’ names may be announced weekly on ExpressCredit Namibia’s official social

media platforms.

6.3 Winners have the right to request that their names be excluded from public publication. Such

requests must be communicated to ExpressCredit Namibia prior to the announcement of winners.

6.2 If a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, ExpressCredit Namibia reserves the right to

select an alternative winner.

6.3 Cash prizes will be paid within two (2) business days after successful verification of the winner.

6.4 All prizes will be paid directly into the winner’s verified bank account via electronic funds transfer

(EFT).

6.5 Cash prizes may not be redeemed or collected at any ExpressCredit Namibia branch. No physical

cash payments will be made at branches under any circumstances.

7. General Conditions

7.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Winners consent to their names, photographs, and likenesses being used in ExpressCredit

Namibia’s marketing and publicity material without further compensation.

7.3 ExpressCredit Namibia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition should

circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

7.4 Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
